
Taking Stock is the seed for an ongoing project titled Self-Portrait Of A Market Town, about psychogeography, class, leaving home, and Romford.
The poem is made up of 30 observations; what there is, what you do, what you feel. These are shuffled, and read in a group, creating the moving, organic, random and specific ecosystem of a town.
